Everyone is super! Amber first started using the superhero directive with her adolescent art therapy clients and saw how beneficial it was for them.
Superheroes let individuals identify their own, unique capabilities and help share them with the world. The act of getting creative with your hands and your mind makes it easier to work through emotions and keep anxiety at bay.
